Discovering Archaeology

Archaeologists dig up objects left behind by people. By studying these objects they can learn about the people and their culture, how they lived, what they ate and in many cases their socio/political organization or how they worshiped their gods. This exhibition explains how the excavations are done and how they learn from the objects they find. Neff Hall, 1st floor hallway gallery, open 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Monday-Friday.
