Asmat Korowai Shield Video

This video was filmed among the Korowai of New Guinea during the summer of 2007 by Jerry Martin, the director of the Holmes Museum of Anthropology, and Troy Belford, a graduate student in anthropology at Wichita State University. It follows two Korowai men as they carve a shield, using both traditional and modern tools.
